Rachael joined Wombourne Parish Council as Clerk to the Council in 2017 having previously worked as a Team Leader in the Financial Services Sector before a short period working closer to home at a local Grammar School. The role of Clerk is to ensure that the Council as a whole conducts its business properly and to provide independent, objective and professional advice and support. Rachael lead’s a team of 14 staff and manages the busy Civic Centre Complex which has two function rooms, several meeting rooms as well as three long term tenants and a busy Senior Citizens Day Centre.

Judy has worked as Assistant to the Clerk at Wombourne Parish Council since 2010 after working for a local bookkeeping company and before that a High Street Bank. She supports the Clerk in her day to day role, as well as managing the bookings coming into the Civic Centre and the processing of invoices both sent to and from the Parish Council.
Eddie maintains the appearance of the Civic Centre, this includes everything from litter picking around the complex and mowing the lawns to general maintenance and painting and decorating inside. Eddie joined Wombourne Parish Council in 2009 after working as an Assistant Site Supervisor at a nearby school. As well as maintaining the appearance of the Civic Centre, he is also on duty during the twice weekly functions taking place at the Civic Centre.
Joe joined Wombourne Parish Council in 2017, he in on duty at the Civic Centre on Sunday and Monday, and covers for Eddie when he is on holiday. Joe also covers once a month during the twice weekly functions taking place.
John maintains the beautiful flower beds and baskets to the front of the Civic Centre as well as the planters in the Village.
Mandy keeps the Civic Centre function rooms, offices and meeting rooms clean and tidy. She has worked for Wombourne Parish Council for 14 years.
Glenys works part time at the Civic Centre, working alongside Mandy in keeping the Civic Centre function rooms, offices and meeting rooms clean and tidy.
Arthur not only litter picks around the Civic Centre, but also sets up the function rooms in the Civic Centre on weekends.
You will find Darryl marking the football pitches at Brickbridge Playing Fields as well as keeping the Changing Rooms in good working order, and litter picking both the playing fields and Bratch Park
Steve keeps Pool House Play Area free from litter and also locks and unlocks the play equipment keeping it in good working order.
Ian locks and unlocks Bratch Park on a daily basis keeping it secure, he is also currently locking and unlocking the gates at Bratch Locks car park on behalf of Severn Trent.
